VaultPay NG Refund Policy

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a user identifies an unauthorized transaction on their account, they are encouraged to report it promptly for investigation and potential refund.
  • Didn’t get value: When a user is unable to get the value of what was paid for. In such circumstances VaultPay NG shall either provide the value or make a refund.

2. Refund Request Process:

  • Contact Customer Support: Initiate a refund request by contacting our Customer Support team within a day from the date of the transaction.
  • Provide Information: Furnish relevant details, including transaction ID, date, and any supporting documentation that substantiates the refund claim.

3. Refund Consideration:
VaultPay NG will thoroughly review the refund request and associated details. The decision to approve or deny a refund will be based on the merit of the case and adherence to the specified eligibility criteria.

4. Unauthorized Transactions:
In cases of unauthorized transactions, users must report the issue to Customer Support promptly. VaultPay NG will conduct a thorough investigation and, if the transaction is verified as unauthorized, initiate the refund process.

5. Unable to get Value:
For these situations, users will receive a refund of the amount paid or get the full value paid for. Note that this is subject to verification by VaultPay NG.

6. Timeframe for Refunds:
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within a day from the date of the refund request approval. The actual refund timeframe may vary based on the payment method and financial institution policies.

7. Refund Reversal:
If a refund has been erroneously processed or if there are exceptional circumstances, VaultPay NG reserves the right to reverse a refund transaction.

8. Non-Refundable Services:
